I'd give 6 stars out of 5 if I could. Last minute trip to Vancouver from London for a family emergency and Stanley was just amazing. He went above and beyond what I expected, he sorted my flights, he sent me links to the Canadian and US visa websites, he rang me back after I left a WhatsApp message questioning something and explained everything clearly. First class customer service the type you rarely get anymore these days. I HIGHLY recommend this firm for booking travel and will 100% use their services again next time I travel.

Whilst searching for business class deals to Melbourne, Australia, on Google, I came across Travloc, a travel company I wasn't familiar with.I called them up and had the pleasure to deal with Chris, who right from the start listened to our requirements, addressed them all swiftly, efficiently and very professionally. Resulting in a good and very competitive deal.We got the impression he takes great pride in his job and cares about his clients.We didn't even bother contacting other agencies as his service was so outstanding, that we booked the tickets with him the following day.We're now 3 days later and several correspondence messages later, he continues to deliver in the same way.
